TIMELINES FOR GRADE 1 - 2025 ADMISSION AS PER WCED

​The ENROLMENT PROCESS starts on 11 March 2025.  You must apply online before 15 April 2025.

Our Grade 1 intake is limited to 28 new learners as our current Grade R students will move up to Grade 1.

​

Sibling Priority:
If you have an older child already attending Table View Primary and have applied for Grade 1, please contact the admissions office.

Required Documents for Successful Applications

Once your Grade 1 or Grade R application reaches "Successful" status, please have the following documents ready:

Child’s Documents:

• Copy of Unabridged Birth Certificate

• Copy of the front page & immunization page of the clinic card

• Latest Grade R school report (for Grade 1 applicants)

Parent/Guardian Documents:

• Copies of both biological parents’ ID documents

• Proof of Address (only the following will be accepted):

  • Signed lease agreement from an estate agent

  • Offer to purchase a property

  • Municipal bill in your name

  • If renting from a private landlord:

    • Copy of the owner’s ID

    • Copy of the municipal account

    • Affidavit from the owner confirming tenancy

Special Circumstances:

• Estranged parents: Affidavit from SAPS explaining the situation

• Divorced parents:

  • Parenting plan OR

  • Consent letter from the other biological parent permitting enrolment (if no parenting plan is in place)

Important:
Parents must inform the school if an older sibling is already attending Table View Primary School.
